This season is the 25th since Plymouth Raiders first
entered the National Basketball League, and to mark
this landmark, the current Directors are extremely
delighted to announce a one-off All-Star Anniversary
Game to be held at the Plymouth Pavilions, on
Saturday 19th April - tip-off 7.30pm.
A star-studded ex-Raider team will take on the
current team, who are of course the reigning BBL
Trophy Champions, with the winners to be awarded the
Bob Karruck Memorial Trophy, in memory of Raiders
legendary ex-Assistant Coach, who sadly is now
playing his hoops up above.
Fans are guaranteed a great fun atmosphere and a
last chance to see some of the legends that have
graced the courts of both the Mayflower Centre
(Raiders originally played their home games at the
Mayflower Centre until approximately 10 years ago
when capacity became an issue and the "show" moved
to the Pavilions and "morphed" into the U.K.'s best
basketball presentation) and the Pavilions.

We hope to hold a number of other added bonus
features, including a Slam Dunk Contest, a 3 Point
Shoot-Out, a Free-Throw Shoot-Out as well as an
auction of the signed shirts of this year's team!
Make sure that you put this date in your diary right
now, and then watch this site for details of when
the tickets will be on sale. In traditional
time-honoured Raiders fashion, Season Ticket holders
will be able to buy their tickets first, followed by
Supporters Club members and then the general public.
NB If you are an ex-Raiders player, we need
to hear from you NOW! We want to invite you to the
biggest party in the Club's 25 year history, which
is bound to be the reunion to end all reunions!
