I first starting watching Raiders about 10 or 11 years ago and was instantly hooked but it wasn’t until my 2nd year of university that I got involved with Raiders professionally. I volunteered as part of the social team throughout my time at uni before being offered my first full time job when I graduated. This is an experience I’ll never forget and something that really kickstarted my career.
I have so many fond memories of my time at Raiders whether it be our quarter final win over London Lions at the Copper Box, capturing countless “another ones” from Donte or filming Foxy running around a chicken coop for our find the fox skit. But the most important thing I took away from my time was the friends I made.
It’s great to see Raiders return to Plymouth and the passion it’s restored to its basketball family. Ross’ passion for basketball and Raiders is unmatched and I can’t wait to see Raiders (and foxy) back on the court again soon.
