Meet the Legends

Our icons have graced the Mayflower Centre and Pavilions since 1983 with game winning buzzer beaters and MVP performances almost too numerous to mention, but there stands the occasional performance that sets itself apart, such as the formidable shape of Carlton Aaron dominating in the 2007 Trophy Final win over Newcastle Eagles.

The Plymouth Raiders have so far left a 40 year legacy, largely unmatched by only but a very select number of teams in UK basketball. Those who have been mainstay pillars of the sport, such as Raiders, now entering our 5th decade.

Here we celebrate those who have worn the famous green jersey, we now look ahead to those that will succeed them in the years to follow. Thank you to each and every one, from Plymouth to Pennsylvania or Newton Abbot to New York, we’ve celebrated as teammates and made friendships to last a lifetime. Once a Raider, always a Raider.
