Returns & refund policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you change your mind or your item isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help. Please read the information below to ensure your return is processed smoothly.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

You may return items within 28 days of receipt for a refund, provided they meet the conditions below.

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All tags and labels remain attached.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging.

 

Items purchased cannot be returned at our game-day venue. All returns must be processed through our standard online returns procedure as outlined below.

 

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges.


If you would like a different size, colour, or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

  1. Repackage your item securely in its original packaging.

  2. Complete the returns form included in your package and place it inside the parcel.

  3. We recommend you photograph the item from all sides, showing its overall condition should this be requested by us upon receiving the return. These images act as proof of condition at dispatch and can help prevent delays or disputes if your return is damaged.

  4. Return your parcel via your chosen postal or courier service, keeping your proof of postage or tracking number.

 

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

RETURNING FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please take clear photos of the fault or damage as soon as possible and email them to: admin@plymouthraiders.com.

 

This helps our team assess the issue quickly and ensures you receive the correct refund, or replacement under your statutory rights.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 working days.


Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to a refund for faulty goods or to cancel an online order within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
